BRiQ real estate has rented out the industrial building at Plaza 20 in Moerdijk on behalf of its client, a Family Office from Rotterdam. A wholesaler specialized in Polish food and non-food items will move to the building of more than 3,000 m² and will act as the satellite office of the European DC in Poland. Direct delivery to customers throughout the Benelux will soon take place from this new location.
The transaction was concluded on behalf of the owner by BRiQ real estate and is managed by Ficaria B.V.
