The Central Government Real Estate Agency (RVB) has leased 7,000 m 2 of office space on behalf of the State of the Netherlands in the Maastoren office building located at Wilhelminakade 1 in Rotterdam. The conveniently located office building has a sustainable character, is easily accessible and has efficiently divisible floors.
The ground floor of the Maastoren was recently thoroughly renovated by owner MT PropCo BV. For example, the reception of the building has been upgraded and a luxury coffee corner has been realized which is accessible to the public. Thanks to these improvements, the Maastoren is once again future-proof and offers plenty of space for contemporary work concepts.
In the past period, various leases of sitting tenants in the Maastoren have been extended for a long time. There are currently only a few floors of 750 m² available in the high-rise building of the Maastoren.
BRiQ real estate has assisted the landlord in the realization of this transaction, in a collegiate lease agreement with JLL. Cornerstreet Capital has advised the landlord as an asset manager.
