After many years of being located at Westblaak in Rotterdam, HDI Global SE is exchanging this location for the monumental and characteristic office building ‘Blaak House’ at Blaak 34 in Rotterdam. In the last days of 2019, HDI signed a long-term lease for two and a half floors with landlord LaSalle Investment Management.
HDI consists of two labels (HDI Global and HDI Specialty) that both have the ambition to be a top player in the market, where people want to work. It is essential that the office supports this ambition. All aspects important to HDI come together in the ‘Blaak House’ office building: meeting, connecting and flexibility. These aspects will be central to HDI’s new office so that customers, distribution partners and employees can jointly fulfill the ambition that the two labels have together.
Blaak House was completed in 2018 after a complete renovation. It offers modern, efficient office space with a spacious, transparent and open atrium at its heart. In addition, the building is easily accessible by car and also by all forms of public transport. Blaak Station is 200 meters away from Blaak House.
