Sovib B.V. and Synthra B.V. (two sister companies) recently signed a long-term lease agreement with NSI for the lease of approx. 1,000 sq.m. office space located on the 4th floor of office building HNK, located at Vasteland 78 in Rotterdam.
Sovib specialises in providing insurance and services for the healthcare sector.
Synthra supports employees in structurally reducing absenteeism and WGA inflow to an absolute minimum.
HNK stands for The New Office and is part of office investor NSI. With this concept, NSI responds to the growing need for flexible full-service housing concepts. The concept also facilitates tenant growth by offering opportunities to grow into larger floor areas. HNK Rotterdam Scheepvaartkwartier has a total floor area of approximately 21,700 m².
In the realisation of this transaction, lessor NSI was advised by JLL in collegial cooperation with CBRE. Tenant has been advised by BRiQ real estate.
