Cycloon Fietskoeriers has leased a new location to expand their existing service area for the distribution of mail and parcels. From this new location, the regions of Kralingen, Nesselande, Capelle aan den IJssel, Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, Ommoord, and Hillegersberg can be served.
Cycloon has leased the former showroom, approximately 1,654 m² in size, along with 28 parking spaces in the complex where Opel dealer Orange Motors was located until the end of 2022. The complex at Klaverbaan 22 has a total of over 3,300 m², of which the workshop and warehouse space will remain in use by Orange Schade, the car damage repair company.
Founded in 2002, Cycloon entered into a close collaboration with Bol.com in 2022, through which all Bol.com packages and their sales partners are delivered to customers in a sustainable and socially responsible way.
The lessor, a private investor, was assisted in this transaction by BRiQ real estate, while 10HOOG Bedrijfsmakelaars assisted Cycloon Fietskoeriers during the housing process.
