Our Approach
The complex consisted of 9 retail units on the ground floor and basement, and 44 apartments spread over the upper floors. At the time of sale, the complex was already legally divided into individual apartment rights and situated on freehold land, enabling a smooth transaction. The sale was carefully prepared and managed, with the complex sold to two separate buyers: one for the retail units and one for the residential apartments. This division allowed for optimal alignment with the market needs and preferences of both buyers.
