With the arrival of the five-star Eurostars Hotel, high-end Bay House apartments, retail, hospitality and offices, The View is becoming a key attraction on the Rijnhaven. Since the project’s inception, BRiQ Real Estate has been involved as commercial advisor and leasing partner for the commercial plinth: approximately 7,000 m² of retail and hospitality space spread over several building sections, including the prestigious Porter House and Bay House.
