The new building is being developed by Progam B.V. from Barendrecht and will be fully customized to meet the needs and logistical processes of Cryotrans, a so-called build-to-suit project. Progam B.V. is developing the property as part of the expansion of its own real estate portfolio.

According to Taco Verplanke of Progam B.V., the project fits seamlessly within the developer’s sustainability ambitions.
The Ambachtsezoom business park is the first energy-neutral business park in the Drechtsteden region and is known for its focus on sustainability, circular construction, and innovation.
Construction is expected to start later this year, with completion scheduled for September 2026.
