DCM Investment Group has acquired the logistics warehouse at Shannonweg 81 in Botlek-Rotterdam.
The property is situated on a plot of 10,425 m², comprises a total of 5,547 m² of lettable floor area, and is immediately available for lease.
The seller, who had been active at this location for many years, is merging operations with another branch and relocating to a new site. This opens up opportunities for new tenants to establish themselves at a strategic location in the Botlek area, one of the Netherlands’ most important logistics and industrial hubs. The property is currently being marketed for lease by Briq Real Estate.
DCM Investment Group is a partnership between Nederlandse Vastgoed Participatie and 3P Groep. According to David van Goudoever, partner at DCM Investment Group, the acquisition fits seamlessly into the current joint strategy: “With the acquisition of Shannonweg 81 through DCM Investment Group, we are strengthening our position in the Dutch logistics real estate market and underlining our ambition to further expand the portfolio. This may include both long-term leased assets as well as properties with a value-add character.”
DCM Investment Group was advised on this acquisition by SGS Search (technical), Osborne Clarke (legal), and BRIQ Real Estate B.V. (commercial).
