Ebert HERA Nederland B.V. has recently signed a long-term lease agreement for a detached industrial/office building located at Mandenmakerstraat 188 in Hoogvliet. The building consisting of approx. 830 sqm of commercial and office space and an enclosed outdoor area was recently purchased by Progam B.V. from MacArtney Benelux B.V. for its investment portfolio.
