GARBE Institutional Capital has reached an agreement for one of its funds with Schipper Vastgoed BV for the sale and delivery of the vacant office building and other appurtenances located at Cypresbaan 3 in Capelle aan den IJssel.
The office building (1989) has a floor area of approximately 4,650 m² GFA divided over the ground floor and 2 floors. The building has 97 parking spaces, 80 of which are located in a lockable parking lot. The total cadastral plot has a size of approximately 5,595 m².
Schipper Vastgoed BV, will operate the building through flexible rental of small-scale office space(s).
