Oceanco acquires business complex at Noordweg 15A in Zwijndrecht

Oceanco has purchased the business complex at Noordweg 15A in Zwijndrecht. The site comprises approximately 13,400 m² of freehold land, developed with 12,659 m² of business space, and includes an outdoor area of around 3,600 m². Originally built in 1960, the complex was previously used by De Groot Staalconstructies and was also known as the Army Cars Museum.

With this acquisition, Oceanco strategically expands its existing location in Zwijndrecht. The international builder of luxury yachts further strengthens its position in the region, where it already has a prominent presence.
