Cocon Vastgoed BV has concluded a long-term lease with Robey Sportswear BV for the lease of approximately 546 m² of office space located on the 1st floor in combination with approximately 30 m² of archive space located in the basement of the office building “St. Job”, known locally as Sint Jobsweg 30 in Rotterdam as well as 2 parking spaces in the parking garage located under the building.
With the arrival of Robey Sportswear BV, after previous successful transactions on behalf of the previous owner to, among others, Mijnaccountanskantoor, Hoek ten Katen advocaten and Adelee, the building has been fully let.
The office building “St. Job” concerns a design by the architect Ph. Kanters and was built in the period 1940-1949. The unique building is located in the former port area “Lloydkwartier” and previously served as the head office of “NV Blaauwhoedenveem-Vriessenveem”, after which it was transformed into a multi-company building in 1998 under the direction of architect Erica Bakema. In total, the building contains approximately 2,730 m² lfa office space and has a spacious underground parking garage.
