Nobleo Bouw & Infra B.V., a specialist in engineering large-scale and complex infrastructure projects, has signed a long-term lease agreement for approximately 460 m² of office space and 11 parking spaces. This transaction marks the successful completion of a series of five leasing deals that BRiQ, in close collaboration with asset manager BNP Paribas Real Estate on behalf of the owner, has facilitated.
