VasteLanden leases 2,900 m² of office space in the iconic Entrepotgebouw in Rotterdam to housing corporation Hef Wonen

The Entrepot Building ‘De Vijf Werelddelen’ was constructed between 1875 and 1879 at the initiative of Lodewijk Pincoffs and H.A. Then-Bergh, directors of the former Rotterdamsche Handelsvereeniging (R.H.V.). Originally intended for the duty-free storage of transit goods, the complex was built in a utilitarian eclectic architectural style. Today, the building holds national monument status and is a mixed-use property with many facets: a convenience section with a Jumbo supermarket, restaurants and hospitality on the harbor side, a municipal office, and apartments above.

Housing corporation Hef Wonen is leasing approximately 2,900 m² of office space, including indoor and outdoor parking facilities and a bicycle shed, securing a prominent position in the building.
