Private investors have signed a long-term lease agreement with Andros Nederland B.V. for the lease of approx. 314 sq.m. office space on the 2nd floor of the office building located at Jan Leentvaarlaan 29 in Rotterdam.

Jan Leentvaartlaan 29 is a representative and functional office villa with high-quality facilities (including a roof terrace) and is characterised by excellent accessibility and ample parking space. With the arrival of Andros Nederland, the office building is now fully let.
