Strukton Rail Equipment and Arriva Netherlands sign long-term lease in Zutphen

Strukton Rail Equipment B.V. and Arriva Personenvervoer Nederland B.V. have signed a new long-term lease for the location at Pollaan 44 in Zutphen. The agreement covers a part of the multifunctional business complex, including operational space with railway tracks, office space, outdoor storage, and parking facilities.

The lease is closely linked to the new concession rights that Arriva has recently acquired for the Achterhoek-Rivierenland region, the Vechtdallijnen, and the Zutphen-Hengelo-Oldenzaal connection. These new concessions require a future-proof location where Arriva can efficiently organize and execute its operations.

“We are pleased that Arriva has once again chosen this location. The combination of operational space with railway facilities, offices, and direct track access makes this site unique and perfectly aligned with the operational needs of a transport company like Arriva,” said Strukton Rail Equipment B.V.
