Welgelegen Groep has purchased two long-term leased single-tenant office buildings in Rotterdam from NSI. It concerns the objects known locally as Haringvliet 72 and Hoofdweg 216 in Rotterdam.
The property on Haringvliet, with a floor area of approximately 3,460 m² and 20 parking spaces, is located on the edge of the center and is leased to part of the ‘Havenpolikliniek’, which provides outpatient care from six Rotterdam hospitals.
The office building on the Hoofdweg of approximately 2,775 m² with an enclosed area with 47 parking spaces has recently been completely renovated and leased to Stichting Lelie Zorggroep.
Due to their location, size and the long-term lease agreements, the properties are perfectly in line with Welgelegen Groep’s portfolio objectives.
When the Hoofdweg was sold, De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting acted as the selling broker on behalf of NSI. Welgelegen Group was legally assisted in both processes by Van der Stap Notarissen and advised by BRiQ real estate on the purchase of the Hoofdweg. NSI was assisted by BRiQ real estate in the sale of the Haringvliet.
