Akulux-NL has recently entered into a long-term lease for 1,600 m² of commercial/office space located at 17-19 Bunsenstraat in Dordrecht.
Akulux is a wholesaler in the field of plastic and aluminum frames and facades for large-scale new construction and renovation projects. The complex located at Bunsenstraat 1-19 in Dordrecht, of which the leased property forms part, is owned by an institutional investment fund for which Mileway carries out the asset management.
In the realization of this transaction, Mileway was assisted by BRiQ real estate in collaboration with Ooms Bedrijfshuisvesting and Waltmann Bedrijfshuisvesting.
