Boels Rental recently entered into a long-term lease agreement for the former Bilfinger location in Zwartewaal at Werfplein 5.
Boels is the largest provider of machinery and tools rental in the Benelux. With over 2,500 products in its range, Boels offers the most comprehensive selection of modern and high-quality equipment and tools.
The location, totaling approximately 15,000 square meters of storage area and commercial space, will be used by Boels for its “Modular Housing” division, where they rent and create temporary housing for individuals, workspaces, and canteens.
The landlord, BNV B.V., an investment entity of Progam Vastgoedontwikkeling, was assisted in this transaction by BRiQ real estate.
