The logistics service provider BR8, founded in 2017 – specialized in furniture logistics and transport for e-commerce and project designers – has facilitated further growth by concluding a long-term lease for the distribution center of approximately 7,000 m² located at Stuartweg 8a in Vianen. BR8 will use this new location as its head office. The distribution center is centrally located in the complex where logistics service provider GLS and transport company Van Duuren are also located.
BR8 was assisted by BRIQ real estate in the realization of this transaction. The landlord was advised by JLL during the rental.
