The property with a floor area of approximately 8,700 m² is centrally located near the city center and Central Station. The office comprises 8 floors, including a spacious parking basement. There is currently approximately 2,700 m² of office space available for lease.
Cocon looks at the building and the location with a forward-looking view. Through sustainable investments, in which the users are central, the aim is to realize added value aimed at a long-term return.
