Deutsche Bank will move its Rotterdam office to De Admiraal at Admiraliteitskade 62. Deutsche Bank has signed a lease for 750 m² of office space on the 11th floor and 15 parking spaces in the underground parking garage.

After a complete renovation, all office floors in De Admiraal have been provided with new common areas, new entrances and new sanitary facilities.

The office building is also equipped with a stylish new multi-tenant entrance where, among other things, a general reception, coffee corner and meeting and workplaces have been created. On the 9th floor of the building, a completely new restaurant with a roof terrace and communal meeting rooms has been realized, which is operated by the Green Artisans .

De Admiraal offers modern, efficient office space with many supporting facilities and services in the center of Rotterdam. The building is easily accessible by car and all forms of public transport. Both a metro and tram stop are located less than 200 m 1 from the building. This makes Rotterdam Blaak and Rotterdam CS easily accessible. In De Admiraal there is currently still 500 m² of office space as well as sufficient parking spaces in the underground parking garage available for rent.
