Fashion boutique Fashiontiger has signed a lease agreement with Marcan Vastgoed for the high-quality renovated retail space located at Meent 10a in Rotterdam.
The popular Meent offers an attractive mix of small-scale fashion and shoe stores, design shops, and day and evening restaurants in the higher segment. Pannekoekstraat, Meent, Botersloot, and Nieuwmarkt together form an idiosyncratic and glamorous shopping area in the Laurenskwartier in Rotterdam.
Fashiontiger was founded in 2019 and after years of successful online sales of fashion items, the owner of Fashiontiger has now opened her first store on the Meent. The vision is to make fashion affordable for young and old.
The landlord was assisted in this transaction by BRiQ real estate.
