Landmark Europe recently concluded a long-term lease with Rail Wagon Services (RWS) BV for the business/office space at Moezelweg 194 located on the business complex Moezelweg 190-194 in Europoort-Rotterdam. RWS rents a total of approximately 2,350 m² of commercial/office space in combination with the surrounding outdoor area. With this transaction, the entire complex, totaling approximately 5,200 m², is fully let within 6 months of the acquisition of the complex by Landmark.
Rail Wagon Services (RWS) specializes in mobile repair repairs to locomotives and train wagons, as well as carrying out inspections and regular maintenance on these vehicles. It also has its own wagon masters, shunters and drivers who can be deployed on location at any time.
