CityLink, the last-mile logistics platform of HighBrook Investors and Proptimize, has signed a long-term lease agreement with Maas-Riva B.V. for the business complex located at Klompenmakerstraat 71 in Hoogvliet business park Gadering. Maas-Riva is already located in the same street and hereby expands its existing warehouse capacity by approx. 3,600 m² to a total of 7,000 m².
Operating since 1939, Maas-Riva specialises in ship supplies and is an established name in the Port of Rotterdam. Since the merger in 2018 with Arturo Riva B.V., Maas-Riva is part of the Ligabue Group. HighBrook Investors is a private equity investor with a focus on value-add real estate in North America and Europe. Proptimize is an independent real estate company, among other things active in asset management and development of logistics real estate.
On behalf of tenant Akay Industries B.V. BRiQ real estate has closed the transaction between CityLink and Maas-Riva.
