Maple Group BV, a composition of Qargo Packers, Snoeck Services, Unilash and Van Veelen Industrial Packaging, has been located in the Rotterdam port area since 1949 and will have room to grow further with more than 22,000 m² of industrial space, office and terrain.

The Maple Group has signed a long-term lease agreement with Greenport Rotterdam for this purpose, whereby the existing space of approximately 2,300 m² will be expanded with a new warehouse and office of more than 7,700 m² to be built. Maple Group will also have access to more than 12,000 m² of land on the Greenport Rotterdam complex.

The Maple Group is made up of 4 extremely strong companies. Qargo Packers and Van Veelen Industrial Packaging, experts within the industrial packaging industry. Plus Snoeck Services and Unilash specialize in securing break bulk and project cargo in containers and on board seagoing vessels. This has created one of the largest companies in the sector. The Maple Group operates in both the Netherlands (Rotterdam and Schiphol) and Belgium (Antwerp).

In recent years, Greenport Rotterdam has been transformed into a high-quality maritime service and maintenance complex located at a central location in the port of Rotterdam and directly connected to the sea and hinterland. In addition to the Maple Group, the complex also houses HEBO Maritiemservice, Damen Shiprepair, NKT Cables, Rijkswaterstaat, IHC and SupTech. Greenport Rotterdam is a redevelopment of Landmark Europe, a progressive real estate investor with the port of Rotterdam as its core area.
