Marcan recently bought two contiguous retail properties on the Meent in Rotterdam. The buildings were owned by a collaboration between Cornus Vastgoed and Nieuw Holland Vastgoed, who completely redeveloped the buildings in 2012.

The two retail properties, Meent 15A and 17A, are currently fully let and have a total lettable floor area of approximately 409 m².

In recent years, De Meent has developed into a popular hotspot in Rotterdam, with various high-quality shops and busy catering establishments. With the purchase, Marcan Vastgoed is further expanding its retail portfolio in the center of Rotterdam.

Marcan Vastgoed was legally assisted by Fisherman Advocaten.
Seller Cornus and Nieuw Holland were assisted in the transaction by BRiQ real estate.
