Engicon Nederland BV, part of the Belgium-based Geldof NV, is establishing itself together with Nederlandse Leiding Bouw (NLB) BV at Moezelweg 190 in Rotterdam-Europoort.
Engicon designs and manufactures ‘integrated steel solutions’ for the storage, handling and processing of bulk liquids and gases. Nederlandse Leiding Bouw BV in turn specializes in the construction of industrial installations. With the new office in the Europoort area, both companies can respond even more acutely to the issues of their clients located in this area.
Engicon and NLB jointly rent over 2,446 m² of commercial/office space with a large surrounding outdoor area at Moezelweg 190. The building is part of the Moezelweg 190-194 Rotterdam complex, which was recently acquired by Landmark Europe. Moezelweg 194 is currently still available for rent. This high-quality industrial building consists of more than 1,250 m² of commercial space and 265 m² of office space and is equipped with, among other things, a 2x 25 ton overhead crane.
