The high-tech company Nearfield Instruments recently entered into a long-term lease for the office building located at Vareseweg 53-59 in Rotterdam. Nearfield Instruments rents approx. 1630 m2 of office/commercial space as well as 34 parking spaces, thereby occupying the entire building. The Vareseweg is located on business park Noord-West, near Rotterdam – The Hague Airport.
Nearfield Instruments will occupy the building as an expansion location in addition to the nearby headquarters. With this second location, Nearfield Instruments can provide for the rapid growth of its company that develops and manufactures metrology systems for the semiconductor industry.
