A group of private investors from Volendam has sold the single tenant office building at Barbizonlaan 87 in Capelle aan den IJssel to ValuNed, a developing investor. The sale was effected on the basis of a share deal. The office building of approx. 1,780 m² LFA and 33 parking spaces is fully let for the next few years.
With the purchase of Barbizonlaan 87, ValuNed strengthens its position in the ‘Roer-Barbizonlaan’ office park. An area passport has been drawn up for this location by the municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel. This passport aims to create a mixed area with housing and associated facilities in addition to offices. The aim is to create a lively and attractive living/working area. ValuNed is investigating various possibilities to contribute to the realisation of this ambitious objective in the future.
The buyer was assisted legally and fiscally by DUDOK Bouw- en Vastgoedrecht. Seller was assisted in the transaction by Lexence, Contaxus Belastingadviseurs & Accountants and BRiQ real estate.
