AroundTown has signed a long-term lease with Schuberg Philis as of April 1, 2022 for the lease of approximately 1,110 m² of office space located on the 12th floor of the office building “Adriaan Volkerhuis”, locally known as Oostmaaslaan 59-71 in Rotterdam, as well as 25 parking spaces in the adjacent parking garage located in the building.
Schuberg Philis is a Dutch IT company that focuses on mission critical processes, in environments that are essential for the business of their customers. Schuberg Philis has been around for 20 years and currently employs more than 400 people.
The Adriaan Volkerhuis is a design by the architect Huig Maaskant and was completed in 1973. The unique building is located in Kralingen and previously served as the headquarters of Volker Stevin, which was founded in 1854 by Adriaan Volker. In total, the building contains approximately 17,500 m² lfa of office space and has a spacious parking garage next to the building.
With the arrival of Schuberg Philis, after previous successful transactions, only about 500 m² of office space is still available in the building.
In the realization of this transaction, the lessor was assisted by BRiQ real estate BV. The lessee was assisted by NL real estate.
