Progam Vastgoedontwikkeling B.V. is in the process of developing and leasing a modern and high-quality commercial building on one of the last available plots at industrial estate Bakestein in Zwijndrecht.
The building, which will be built on Voltastraat and has a high-profile location on the A16 motorway, will offer over 2,300 m² of commercial space and almost 600 m² of office space. Contractor Bouwbedrijf Jos Vrolijk B.V. and RistoBV have started construction of the building, with the piles currently being driven. We expect completion in the second quarter of 2024.
