Sulzer Turbo Services Rotterdam BV, part of the Switzerland-based Sulzer AG, has definitively closed its facility in Rotterdam, ending their activities
at this location after more than 25 years. As a result, Sulzer sold its business complex, consisting of two buildings, at Moezelweg 190-194 in Europoort-Rotterdam Landmark Europe.
It concerns a total of approx. 4,250 m² commercial/office space with more than 1,500 m² enclosed area. The location is ideally suited for users in the petrochemical industry. Landmark Europe is a progressive
real estate investor.
