The industrial & logistics team of BRiQ real estate has leased the business premises at Bergstoep 25-27 in Rotterdam to Viride Innovatie BV and Van Soest Gevelverhuur en Calamiteiten BV on behalf of Riddervast BV. The high-quality business spaces are part of a small-scale business complex with a total surface area of approximately 722 m² business/office space and an enclosed outdoor area.
After both units became available last November, the owner, Riddervast BV, decided to rent out the complex in parts. Viride Innovatie BV, specialized in the repair and design of steel structures, leases approx. 358 m2 of industrial space and Van Soest Gevel maintenance en Calamiteiten BV, active in the field of cleaning work and facade maintenance, leases approx. 364 m2. Both companies have now established themselves in the complex.
