Security

As additional security for compliance with its obligations, the lessee shall lodge an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with a bank recognised in the Netherlands, in the amount of at least three months’ rent and service charges plus VAT.

Turnover tax

VAT is levied on the rent and service charges. If a non VAT-taxed letting is agreed, a surcharge on the rent will be calculated.

Lease agreement based on the Raad voor Onroerende Zaken (ROZ) for office space, version February 2015, with accompanying general provisions.
