Het object heeft de transformatie van een single-tenant naar een multi-tenant kantoorgebouw succesvol afgerond en is nu volledig verhuurd op lange termijn basis.
Het 6 verdiepingen tellende gebouw uit 2000 is een volledig gerenoveerd gebouw met afgesloten privéparkeerplaats gelegen in het representatieve kantorenpark Rotterdam Brainpark II.
