Cefetra Renews Lease for 3,327 sq m of Office Space at Willemswerf Rotterdam

Cefetra has renewed its lease with a.s.r. real assets for approximately 3,327 sq m of office space at Willemswerf, located at Boompjes 40 in Rotterdam. The leased premises comprise part of the fourth floor and the entire fifth floor of the landmark office building overlooking the River Maas. With this lease extension, Cefetra reaffirms its commitment to a location that has been home to the company for approximately 25 years.

Willemswerf is one of the most recognisable office buildings on Rotterdam’s skyline and offers excellent accessibility by both car and public transport, with Rotterdam Blaak railway station within walking distance.

As part of the new lease agreement, the tenant and landlord have also entered into a sustainability addendum. This agreement outlines their shared commitment to further improving the building’s sustainability performance and achieving agreed sustainability objectives.

The lease renewal was concluded with advisory support from BRiQ, acting on behalf of Cefetra. The landlord, a.s.r. real assets, was advised by its asset manager, Whitewood.
