5 August, 2026 Two new tenants have recently taken occupancy in the landmark office building at Parklaan 28, locally known as the Handelshuis, in Rotterdam’s prestigious Scheepvaartkwartier district. Aldebaran Commodities has leased the entire first floor, comprising approximately 247 sq m of office space. Freight forwarder K.E. Expeditie, part of Transport Centrale Rotterdam, has leased approximately 335 sq m of office accommodation across the second and third floors. Both occupiers have deliberately chosen a prestigious working environment at one of Rotterdam’s most sought-after office locations. With these new lettings, the building is now almost fully occupied. The only remaining available space comprises the lower ground floor and the raised ground floor (bel-etage), offering a combined total of approximately 440 sq m of office accommodation.
