Retail Real Estate Advisor

To expand our Retail team, we are looking for a driven retail real estate advisor. Do you also have an affinity with Retail and hospitality? Then you will be a perfect fit for our team.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be actively involved in the commercial process surrounding retail real estate. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leasing retail spaces on behalf of private and institutional investors
2. Advising clients on rental prices and market developments
3. Actively approaching potential tenants
4. Identifying retailers’ property requirements and translating them into concrete opportunities
5. Building and maintaining a strong network within Retail and hospitality

What do we expect from you?

1. Professional experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
2. An affinity with and/or relevant professional experience in Retail and hospitality is an advantage
3. Commercially driven with strong communication skills
4. A proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
5. Available full-time
6. A healthy sense of humour!
