On Monday 16 June, BRiQ real estate unveils a new brand identity.

The Rotterdam-based firm, specialised in commercial real estate, is moving away from its familiar blue and orange colour scheme in favour of warm terracotta tones and deep burgundy. With the tagline ‘Rethinking Real Estate’, BRiQ strengthens its positioning as an independent advisor in the commercial property sector.

“This new look aligns more closely with who we are today: a sharp and independent advisory firm, offering the expertise of a corporate and the dedication of a boutique office,” says Pieter Bas Koevermans, Managing Partner at BRiQ.

A new look, the same trusted mindset

With its refreshed visual identity, sharper positioning, and clear brand manifesto, BRiQ articulates what it stands for: clear, clever and committed.

“Our identity is deeply rooted in the city we come from,” says Partner Rogier van Wijngaarden. “Rotterdam is down-to-earth, direct, and pragmatic – exactly how we operate. This rebranding feels like a natural next step.”

The new brand identity also marks a period of growth. The office in The Hague has recently expanded, and careful consideration is being given to opportunities in other cities.

A boutique office with the expertise of a corporate

From valuation and transaction advisory to in-depth performance analyses and asset management, BRiQ works with partner-led teams on the most complex real estate challenges in Retail, Hospitality, Offices, Logistics, and Industrial.

“Our broad expertise enables us to deliver tailored solutions that are both effective and substantive. No empty promises – just solid advice and genuine involvement,” adds Pieter Bas Koevermans.

With this new brand identity, BRiQ is future-ready – a future in which real estate challenges call for clarity, vision, and courage.
